New Diamond Collection
How to read a diamond certificate
Start with the issuing laboratory and report number. Compare the stone dimensions and grades with the product details, then check the number through the laboratory’s own verification service.

After the date and report number, review shape, millimetre measurements, carat weight, colour and clarity. Check cut grade where supplied, followed by polish and symmetry. Fluorescence, treatment notes and comments also describe the stone; fields vary by report type.
How do you verify a report number?
For a GIA report, open the GIA Report Check link below and enter the report number. Compare the returned number, dimensions and grades with your document. For another laboratory, use its official verification service. Ask about any mismatch using the product code; an online match alone does not establish the identity of the physical stone.
How do you use the site viewer?
On a product with a supplied document, select "Certificate" beside the product images. Use the plus and minus buttons to zoom, and scroll through the pages. If the document cannot be displayed, use "Open it in a new tab". If there is no document button, request details using the product code.
